Book of Mormon Coming to The Durham Performing Arts Center as a part of the DPAC season 2013-2014.

DPAC officially announced the 2013-14 season Saturday evening.

The Book of Mormon, a musical comedy by “South Park” creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, won nine 2011 Tony Awards and the 2011 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album. The Book of Mormon national tour will be at DPAC February 11 to 23, 2014.

Book of Mormon musical tour this year has been so popular, with ticket seekers for its summer run at the Kennedy Center Opera House in Washington, D.C., crashing the website this past week.

Durham Performing Arts Center located at 123 Vivian St., Durham, North Carolina 27701. Durham Performing Arts Center features 2,700 seats in a 100,000 square foot venue specifically designed to host the largest direct-from New York Nederlander present SunTrust Broadway shows plus numerous additional concerts, comedy and special events.
