The Book of Mormon Tickets at the Kennedy Center went on sale to members at 10 a.m. today and due to high demand the Kennedy Center’s Web site is thoroughly down.

“The service is unavailable,” reads a message on what would normally be the Kennedy Center’s homepage. Repeat attempts to access other parts of the center’s site ultimately produced a message citing “unusually high demand for tickets.” The Kennedy Center’s phone lines also very busy, unable to connect.
