Jared Gertner will star as Elder Cunningham, the role of a Mormon missionary originated by Josh Gad on Broadway. He will appear alongside the previously announced Gavin Creel, who will play Elder Price, the role originated by Andrew Rannells.<\/p>\n<p>Gertner is appearing in &#8220;Mormon&#8217;s&#8221; Broadway production at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookofmormonticketsonline.com\/book-of-mormon-eugene-oneill-theatre.html\">Eugene O&#8217;Neill Theatre<\/a>, having succeeded Gad, who left the show this month. <\/p>\n<p>Rounding out the touring cast will be Samantha Marie Ware as Nabulungi, the role that won Nikki M. James a Tony on Broadway; Grey Henson as Elder McKinley, played on Broadway by Rory O&#8217;Malley; and Kevin Mambo as Mafala Hatimbi, played by Michael Potts on Broadway.<\/p>\n<p>The Book of Mormon first national tour kicks off in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookofmormonticketsonline.com\/book-of-mormon-denver-co-tickets.html\">Denver<\/a> in August and comes to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookofmormonticketsonline.com\/book-of-mormon-los-angeles-ca-tickets.html\">Los Angeles<\/a> at the Pantages Theatre in September. Book of Mormon First National Tour is set to run at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookofmormonticketsonline.com\/book-of-mormon-pantages-theatre.html\">Pantages Theatre<\/a> for a 12-week engagement from Sept. 5 to Nov. 25.<\/p>\n<p>A second national tour of &#8220;Mormon&#8221; will start in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookofmormonticketsonline.com\/book-of-mormon-chicago-il-tickets.html\">Chicago<\/a> in December (December 11, 2012 to March 03, 2013), with a different cast that hasn&#8217;t been announced.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;South Park&#8221; creators-writers Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and Tony-winning Avenue Q songwriter Robert Lopez collaborated on the script and score to the musical, which earned Tony Awards for Best Book, Best Score and Best Musical.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Book of Mormon Tour Will Star Jared Gertner, Samantha Marie Ware, Kevin Mambo and More.
